analysis?

I would of course add that the bill for
each rad is not presented for payment
immediately, but is stretched out over
EHME posterity, perhaps peaking at about
19% generations. But we can't apply a con-
ventional discount rate analysis, except
insofar as we develop the compensatory
research meanwhile to forfend the costs.

If $590 per rad doesn't suit you, what number
would you use?
