There are no changes in the Progress Report memorandum, which was mailed at the same time. Please note the following corrections in the letter: On page one, sixth paragraph should begin: "Our memo- randa are addressed,..." On page 2, item 4, second line should read "...contri- butors to FIBER,..." On page 2, last line of eighth paragraph should read: ",..$474,000 budget."
