Petersdorf's name has been mentioned to me, and I pass it on to you with enthusiasm.
He would be a strong contender for the 10M presidency but he had just taken a position at Harvard/Boston hospitals triumvir. But I believe he has been rather disappointed.
He is probably the strongest medical person -- but a strong administrator and with a policy flair to boot -- you could hope to get.
