Herb Nagourney's letter from COMTEX about the SDL Index to AI Research was a little
misleading. The "dismay" that I expressed was certainly not in having your name listed; it
was in Herb's listing it without checking with you first. The enclosed letter I sent to him
explains in more detail.

Although I still think highly of the project, sometimes I wonder if academics can mix well
with the business world.
