This is to record that I have very happily sponséred a period of

study on the part of Robert Waldinger for the month of January, 1975.

One of the products of his work during that time is a paper entitled _
“perspectives on Nazi Racism: American Geneticists and Anthropologists,
1933~1945", I have had many discussions with Mr. Waldinger and have
carefully read his paper and believe, unequivocally, that it deserves the
highest possible academic grade.
