Dr. Winternitz and the members of the Boards
of the Jane Coffin Childs Memorial Fund are most
desirous of keeping up-to-date our knowledge of the
accomplishments of former Fellows of the Fund. You are
no doubt aware of this as you have cooperated in sending
us yearly reports in the past.

The Fund would greatly appreciate a brief
report at this time on any activities that you might
think to be of interest. To assist you, we are enclos-
ing an outline that can be filled out. If you prefer,
a brief paragraph would be most acceptable.
