Have you reached any conclusion about where to
publish the Paley series? I shall be working on this
Manuscript during the next few weeks and it would help
guide the details of my style if I could see a little
bit more clearly whether it was to be, for example,

in The Perspectives on the one hand or The New England
Journal on the other.

I realize that there may be something of a vicious
cycle about this but anything you can tell me about your
present position would be helpful.
