The Zobell ‘phenomenon’ is one that deserves
empirical examination, regardless of the rest
of the speculation. I may still get some work
on that under the wire before leaving.

 

We obviously need to talk a good deal more abq
details.

*The adsorption model is the dynamically
faulty, unless the bacteria move over the glass
surface (?or grow over it). Some pretty primitive
bugs know how to glide, by a still mysetrious
mechanism.
