Can a region which competes for the $4.5 earmarked arthritis dollars and which receives approval of the proposed activity but is allocated either insufficient funding or no funding, then include the approved activity in its subsequent applications for — FY 75 funds? 2. Can a region which has determined arthritis activities to be one of its targets, include such activities which have been through the local review process as a part of their regular applications for FY 75 funds? 3, If the answer to #2 is affirmative, would such proposals be separated out of the regular applications for review by the ad hoc national reviewers assembled for review of applications for eaymarked funds? This could be managed well for the May 1 submissions, but what would be the procedures for the July applications? . ‘ 1 war ff { tf A oy € a ona oe [tte toes orb ort er HE yee ee Carn Ba. 7” BR, a } f it.
