SUBJECT: Staff's Application Books

Attached are Summary Statements ("blue sheets") covering the applications
considered at the April 18-19 meeting of the Review Committee. These
summaries should be inserted in your application book for the Council
Meeting on May 22-23 which will be held in Conference Room #4, Puilding 31.

The following additions or substitutions are being distributed so that
your book will reflect an up dating of some of the application materials
as well as staff's supporting documents:

1 SO2 RM 00060-01 -~ Summary of Application dated May 5 should be substi-
North Dakota tuted for summary dated April 7. This proposed region
is being site visited and we hope to get a report
of the visit to you before Council meets,

1 S02 RM 00062-01 Staff Concerns dated May 5 should be substituted for

of New Jersey's revised application.
