Attached is list of RMP invitees who have

agreed to do TV interviews to date. Based on
Diane Rehm's list of available dates and your
calendar (in case you might wish to be available)
we have contacted the following 5 of the 6 you
indicated were your first preferences -- the *
other individual is Paul Rogers who has not yet
responded. We asked that they put a hold on
selective dates:

We have received 16 replies to nearly 40 letters
of invitation -- 2 have not accepted (Pellegrino
and Engle).

We have tentatively reserved June 18 @ 2:30 for
an in-house planning meeting w/John P/Storm Whaley/
Bob M/DRM/Bi11 Leonard from Jim Main's of fice/ERS?

Rikli will be in town working on a project w/Becky
on June 24. We have tentatively reserved 3:30 pm
for meeting w/you/John P/Storm Whaley/Bob M/ERS?

Next meeting w/Rikli is tentatively scheduled
for July 24 @ 11:00 am w/you/John P/Storm W/Bob M/
ERS?/2??
