Dear Dr. Sabin:
I was disappointed by your note of September 22nd but also interested.
As a matter of my own adult education, I should very much like to know the reasons why you do not see the wisdom of maintaining one medical school controlled by women in the United States today.
If you would be willing and would take the time to explain your position to me, I should be very grateful.  Personally it seems to me that one of the approximately ninety medical schools of this country might reasonably be controlled by your sex and mine.  I should greatly appreciate the favor of your reply.
