Dear Dr. Bush:
I am very glad to receive a copy of your report to the President.  I have read this report with great interest, and with complete approval.
The only suggestion which I wish to make now refers to the reference to me in Appendix I.  I am not in the habit of using my middle initial; moreover the titles attached to my name are not given quite correctly in the copy of the report sent to me.  May I suggest that use be made of one of the following forms:
