Dear Maclyn:
I am enclosing herewith a copy of the material I prepared for use in the festschrift in honor of Tommy.  I am sending a copy to MacLeod and I would like to send a copy to Roy Avery to be sure there is nothing offensive in the article.  Do you by chance have Roy Avery's address?  Needless to say I would appreciate having your own comments in case you feel there is something which should be changed.
