Gentlemen, 
Be pleased to take notice, That those so fa- 
mous Lozanges or Pectoralls approved 
for the cure of Consumptions, Coughs, 
Catharrs, Astma's, Hoarsnesse, and all o- 
ther diseases incident to the Lungs, and a soveraign 
Antidote against the Plague, and all other contagious 
diseases, and obstructions of the stomach, are onely 
made and to be had of Mr. Edmund Buckworth at his 
house in St. Katherines street neer the Tower, and Mr. 
Theophilus Buckworth on Mile end-green. And for 
more convenience to those that live remote, quantities 
of them sealed up with this Coat of Arms underneath, 
are left constantly at the house of Mr. Richard Lowndes 
at the sign of the white Lion neer the little north door 
of St. Pauls Church, Mr. Henry Seile over against St. 
Dunstans Church in Fleetstreet, Mr. H: Herringman 
at the Anchor, in the New Exchange, Mr. William 
Milward at Westminster-Hall gate, Mr. John Place 
at Furnivals-Inne gate in Holbourne, Mr. Robert 
Horn at the Turks head neer the entrance of the Roy- 
all Exchange, Book-sellers, and no others. 
THis is published to prevent the designs of divers pretenders about the 
City, who take the liberty to counterfeit the same, and publish them to 
the world in severall Pamphlets, using our form of words to put off 
their indigested stuffe, to the great disparagement of us, and abuse of the 
people in generall. We therefore the onely experimented Authors hereof, 
desire all to be cautious in buying any other; and in testimony that these and 
onely these were the anciently (and still are) approved ones, we have here- 
unto subscribed our hands,
