Shows how the citizens of a rapidly expanding factory town solve the problems of tuber- culosis. Explains transmission, examination, diag- nosis, and treatment of the disease. Especially adapted for high school students and adults. "Sand in the Gears”; Time - 20 minutes. An up- to-thc minute war feature on"T,B, the Saboteur", Shows many war Scenes of the men behind the men behind the guns. Methods of examination and diag- nosis in the army are shown. Very interesting for upper grades and adults. "The Story of My Life": A silent picture. Time 12 minutes. This is a cartoon type of film in which Mr, T.B,- Germ tells his story. The information is presented in a modest way and can be shown to lay young adult audiences. Because the film requires supplementary comments and often raises questions which the lay individual is unable to answer, it is suggested that a nurse or doctor be invited to attend meetings at which this film is shown.
