Paragraph 111, General Orders, No. 100, Adjutant and Inspector Gene- 
ral’s office, last series, is so amended as to authorize payment of the mo- 
ney value of clothing which may be due the soldier at the end of the 
year, as therein provided, upon descriptive lists, when he is absent from 
his command by proper authority at the time, and will be prevented from 
rejoining it within sixty days thereafter.
