I. Cadets, having been required by -General Orders, 65, Sept. 9, 1862, 
to report to this office those who have not complied with the terms of that 
order, and who fail to do so, either personally or by letter, for the ensuing 
thirty days, will be dropped from the rolls of the army. 
11. “ Officers of the Quartermaster General’s and Commissary depart- 
ments. who are in charge of depots, will receive from officers collecting 
the tax in kind, and receipt for all produce belonging to their respective 
departments which may be invoiced to them, and provide storehouses tor 
the same.”
