Nunes—For making short payments; evading full settle- ments of just dues, and causing discontent and insubor- dination. Howard Mathews—For being inaccurate and intemperate. Henry Foote—For want of energy and efficiency. James C. Yohn—Being in too feeble health for efficient field service. John A. Lowry—Being in too feeble health for efficient field service since March.
