New York, N.Y., the peanut oil component from outside the State of Massa- 
chusetts, and the olive oil component from outside the United States.

RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Examination showed the article to be approxi- 
mately 1.5 percent short in volume. The article had been manufactured by the 
dealer from cottonseed oil, peanut oil, and olive oil shipped as described above.
