RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION: Examination showed the article to be flat, disc- shaped, dark brown pieces of candy having one surface entirely coated with white confectionery beads. The article was contained in a clear plastic bag on which the manufacturer's name and address and the statement of ingredi- ents were printed in white ink and were inconspicuous due to lack of contrast with the white coated candy in the background. (2), and 403 (k), namely, the name and address of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor, the statement of ingredients, and the declaration of artificial flavoring, was not prominently placed thereon with such conspicu- ousness (as compared with other words, statements, designs, or devices, in the labeling) as to render it likely to be read by the ordinary individual under customary conditions of purchase and use.
