RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Examination showed that the article was a mixture 
of vegetable oils with little or no olive oil.

CHARGE : 402(b) (2)—when shipped, a mixture of vegetable oils with little or no 
olive oil had been substituted for a blend of vegetable oils and olive oil; and 
403(a)—the label statements "Special Blend of 30% Olive Oil" and "10%) Olive 
Oil" were false and misleading.
