Bismark Brown, an uncertified coal-tar color.

coal-tar color other than one from a batch that had been certified in accord- 
ance with regulations.
DISPOSITION : 4r-2-57. Consent—claimed by B. C. Tanner Pecan Co. The nuts 
were reconditioned by burnishing and relying with certified colors, and by 
removing and destroying the cracked nuts amounting to 400 pounds.
