SHIPPED:   A quantity of decomposed cream was shipped on 6-13-57 to Falls
City Creamery Co., Falls City, Nebr., from Smith Center, Kans., by Braden's
Produce. 
LABEL IN PART :    "Ice Cream Butter." 
RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION:   Examination showed that the butter was made
from decomposed cream.

CHARGE :   402 (a) (3) —contained a decomposed substance.
DISPOSITION :   9-23-57.   Consent—claimed by Falls City Creamery Co., and con- 
verted into butter oil.
