(2)—peanuts had been substituted in_part for pecans; 403 (a)—the label 
statement "Pecan Divinity" was false and misleading as applied to a product 
in which 70 percent of the nut ingredient was peanuts; 403 (i) (2)—the 
label failed to bear the common or usual name of each ingredient since peanuts 
were not declared; and 403 (k)—the article contained artificial coloring, 
and it failed to bear labeling stating that fact.
