RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION :   The article became contaminated with N-Trichloro-
methylthiotetra-hydrophtholimide during the course of the original shipment
from Detroit, Mich., to Winona, Minn. 
LIBELED :   6-28-55; amended 4-17-56, E. Dist. Mich.
CHARGE : 402 (a) (2)—contained an added poisonous and deleterious substance, 
N-Trichloromethylthiotetra-hydrophtholimide, which is unsafe within the 
meaning of the law since it is a substance not required in the production of 
the article and can be avoided by good manufacturing practice.
DISPOSITION :   4-25-56.   Consent—destruction.
