ALLEGED VIOLATION : Between 1-3-55 and 6-8-55, while a quantity of the above- 
mentioned food was being held for sale, the defendant caused the product to be 
placed in a building that was accessible to pigeons and rodents and to be 
exposed to contamination by pigeons and rodents, which acts resulted in the 
product being adulterated.
CHARGE: 402 (a) (3)—contained rodent excreta and rodent urine; and 402 
(a) (4) —held under insanitary conditions.
PLEA :    Guilty.
DISPOSITION :   12-13-55.   $250 fine.
