Aron & Co., Inc., Leon Israel & Bros., Inc., Schaefer Klaussman Co., Inc., East Asiatic Co., Inc., and Andres Uribo & Maehado & Co., all of New York, N. Y., and Albert Ehlers, Inc., Flushing, N. Y., claimants, filed an answer denying that the product was adulterated as alleged. Thereafter, the claimants failed to respond to interrogatories served upon them by the Government, and, on 3-29-55, a default decree was entered condemning the product and ordering its destruction.
