Fresno, Calif.
PRODUCT:   7   50-pound drums of salt-cured olives at Boston, Mass.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3),-the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect- 
infested olives, and of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of 
moldy olives.
DISPOSITION :   July 20, 1954.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
