ALLEGED SHIPMENT: Between May 21 and 27, 1954, from Digby, Nova Scotia, 
and Boston, New Bedford, and Gloucester, Mass.
PRODUCT: 43 cartons, each containing 10 pounds, of frozen flounder fillets and 
frozen sole fillets at New York, N. Y.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of de- 
composed fish. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment 
in interstate commerce.
DISPOSITION :   August 16.1954.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
