ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 14, 1953, from Burlington, Wis. PRODUCT: 16 burlap bags, each containing 60 pounds, and 6 boxes, each con- taining 32 1-pound cartons, of butter at Minneapolis, Minn. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of dirt. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : November 30, 1953. A default decree was entered providing for the destruction of the product unless denatured for use as animal feed. CHEESE
