& Co., Inc., from New York, N. Y.
PRODUCT: 28 barrels, each containing 48 gallons, of green olives with peppers at 
Meer Rocks, Pa.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect- 
damaged olives.
DISPOSITION:   April 9, 1954.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
