Co., from MeKees Rocks, Pa.
PRODUCT: 5 cases, each containing 12 jars, of olives and sweet peppers at Buf- 
falo, N. Y.
LABEL IN PART: (Jar) "York Brand Net Wt. 1 Lb. 5 Ozs. Salad Olives With 
Spanish Sweet Peppers."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of wormy olives.
DISPOSITION: December 29, 1953. Default decree of condemnation and de- 
struction.
