NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product was unfit 
for food by reason of being contaminated with rodent excreta.
DISPOSITION: December 10, 1952. B. C. Christopher & Co., Kansas City, Mo., 
claimaint, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemna- 
tion was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under 
bond to be converted into livestock feed under the supervision of the Depart- 
ment of Health, Education, and Welfare.
