field, Maine.
PRODUCT: 5 crates, each containing 24 1-quart boxes, of fresh blueberries at 
Boston, Mass.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance. (Examination showed that the article 
contained maggots.)
DISPOSITION : September 8,1953. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
