ALLEGED SHIPMENT : Between the approximate dates of October 18 and 30,1952, from the State of Wisconsin into the State of Illinois. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article was unfit for food by reason of the presence of turkeys which were extensively bruised ; and, Section 402 (a) (5), the article was in part the product of a diseased animal, namely, diseased turkeys. DISPOSITION : December 4,1953. The defendants having entered pleas of guilty, the court fined the corporation $100 and the individual $25.
