ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about December 13, 1952, and January 16 and 29, 1953, from Buffalo, N. Y. PRODUCT: 25 50-pound bags and 9 100-pound bags of flour at Charleroi, Pa., in the possession of the Fox Grocery Co. whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent urine; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been stored under insanitary condi- tions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : May 26, 1953. Default decree of condemnation. The court or- dered that the product be delivered to a county institution, for use as animal feed.
