ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about September 7, 1950, and January 1, 1951, from 
North Sedgwick, Maine.
PRODUCT: 34 cases, each containing 24 14-ounce cans, of blueberries at Minot, 
N. Dak. • Examination showed that the product had undergone chemical de- 
composition.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. The article was adulterated 
while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce.
DISPOSITION :   October 8,1953.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
