ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about August 5 and September 24, 1952, from the State of Oklahoma into the State of Arkansas. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae. DISPOSITION: June 18, 1953. The defendants having entered pleas of nolo contendere, the court fined each defendant $50, but suspended the fine against the individual.
