ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 25 and August 8, 1952, by the Supreme 
Candy Co. (Wellons Candy Co.), from Dunn, N. C.
PRODUCT: 358 boxes of candy bars at South Norfolk, Va. Each box contained 
40 bars.
LABEL IN PART :    "Wellons Nut Roll," "Rainbow Bar," "Cabbage Bar," "Choo-
Choo," "Tic Tic Tie Nut Roll," "Pixie," and "Jazz." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects
and inseet parts. 
DISPOSITION:    January   27,    1953.   Default    decree    of    condemnation    and
destruction.
