from Piqua, Kans. 
PRODUCT:    100,000 pounds of wheat at North Kansas City, Mo. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent
excreta. 
DISPOSITION :   December 24, 1952.   Royal R. Cox having appeared as claimant,
the court ordered that the product be released under bond ta be reprocessed
into animal feed.
