NATURE OF CHARGE:1 Misbranding, Section 403 (e) (2), the cartons containing 
the article failed to bear an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents. 
(Examination showed that the product was short of the declared weight.)
DISPOSITION : August 12, 1952,, The?Sni-A-Bar. ;Creamery po,,, claimant, having 
consented to the entry of a decree, judgment was entered providing for the 
release of the product under bond for relabeling under the supervision of the 
Federal Security Agency.
