DISPOSITION :   December 15, 1952.   The shipper of the product having consented
to the release ofthe product to a charitable institution, judgment of condemna- 
tion was entered and the court ordered that the product be delivered to the 
Arkansas State Hospital, for consumption by the inmates and not for sale.
