ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 15,1951, from the State of Wiscon- 
sin into the State of Illinois.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (5), the food was in part 
the product of a diseased animal by reason of the presence of diseased birds.
DISPOSITION : September 3, 1952. The defendant having entered a plea of 
guilty, the court fined it $100.
