ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about January 11, 1952, by the the Texas Candy
& Nut Co., from Memphis, Tenn. 
PRODUCT:   36 boxes, each containing approximately 3% pounds, of marshmallow
Easter eggs at Stollings, W. Va. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect
fragments and rodent hairs. 
DISPOSITION :   April 25, 1952.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
