ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 5, 1951, by the J. Manaster Co., 
from Grand Forks, N. Dak.
PRODUCT:   1,260 pounds of frozen dressed poultry at Chicago, Ill.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product was unfit 
for food by reason of the presence of bruised and discolored birds; and, Section 
402 (a) (5), it was in whole or in part the product of a diseased animal.
DISPOSITION : January 15, 1952. Default decree of condemnation and de- 
struction.
