ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about September 13, October 12 and 26, November 17, and December 7,1951, from Leavenworth, Kans. PRODUCT: 210 25-pound bags of flour at Baton Rouge, La., in possession of Louis Levy Grocer Co. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent urine and insects; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. The prod- uct was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : February 18, 1952. Default decree of condemnation and de- struction.
