INFORMATION FILED: April 17, 1951, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, against 
the Milk Maid Candy Co., a corporation, Philadelphia, Pa., and Anthony E. 
Graziano, Jr., secretary of the corporation.
ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 22 and December 8, 20, and 21, 
1950, from the State of Pennsylvania into the States of Rhode Island, Massa- 
chusetts, and New Jersey.
LABEL IN PART:    "Plnwheels [or "Gyros"] 120 Count."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hair frag- 
ments; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared and packed under 
insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth.
