' ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 21 and December 28, 1950, from Fresno and Oakland, Calif. PRODUCT: 150 30-pound cases of raisins at Miami, Fla. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of mold. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : August 30, 1951. Royal Baking Co., Inc., Miami, Fla., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for reconditioning, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency. A total of 3,030 pounds of the product was found unfit and was destroyed, and the remainder of the 5,430 pounds actually seized was released. VEGETABLES
