ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about January 17,1951, from Plymouth, Wis. 
PRODUCT:   9 cases each containing 32   1-pound cheeses at New Orleans, La.
The product was insect infested. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:    Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance.    The product was adulterated while
held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. 
DISPOSITION :   August 10,1951.  Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
